Where it is possible for us to do so, we will give estimates of costs expected with each suggested solution.
These may be a mixture of one-off costs to setup a solution, and the ongoing (probably) monthly costs. Some of these are relatively fixed (for example, Microsoft licenses) and others will be a ballpark figure, possibly supplied by your current IT provider, if you have one. It may also be simply an estimate of time in hours to achieve the desired result.
We would also suggest any savings that may be made by moving to the new solution/change, and where we can a ballpark number on the return on investment.
Where a solution is requested and extra equipment is required to achieve this, we will also highlight these costs. For example, moving to a VOIP telephone solution may require some network changes to improve performance.
