We will often include links to documents supporting this view, perhaps a link to a document online showing when the product you are still using reached its end of life. This happens a lot more than you’d want to believe.
In this section, we may also give some statistics gathered from the IT Audit, and perhaps some information gleaned from interviewing staff on certain aspects of your IT services. For example, you may be using a CRM that you feel is a perfect fit for the organisation, but staff working at the coalface may well have other ideas about this. Their views may or may not be valid, but the audit process should uncover this.
We often also include quotes from anonymous staff interviews to give weight to the issue highlighted.
